LW pull is designed to pull people to safety.
Mei wall is more versatile and can be used to block either side.
Someone said I was trolling cause I walled and stopped our tank from charging into the enemy team alone. LW can do something similar.
Question is, is it ok for Mei to stop players from going in alone the same way LW can? Or is it only ok for LW cause he is a support. But then again there are also dps heroes with support abilities. When is it all considered trolling or sabotage.
I mean, of course it’s okay. People will hate on the ability if it cancels their play regardless but if you see something your tank doesn’t as they are charging in to die then yeah, that’s what the ability if for. Wall is not this braindead ability, it has many uses in order to save teammates.
Wall and Grip are very different abilities, but both can be used to save teammates and I have seen some amazing Mei walls from actual Mei mains who use her wall other than just a barricade.
I have yes to see anyone being happy when being stopped by a mei wall.
