I was on the PTR and I died playing Zenyatta. I respawned and my primary and secondary fire stopped working.
Changing the binding didn’t affect the issue.
Respawning didn’t affect the issue.
Changing the hero did fix the issue.

I am not a tech. Just a player like you. Which screen mode were you playing on? Full screen, Windowed full screen, Windowed…?
Just to add…we both know how intense the gaming experience can be. I have lost control of hero’s by accidentally pressing the “chat” key. In windowed mode, control can be lost if the screen is not active by accidentally activating another window.
