when i change the enemy ui to yellow it makes hanzo’s dragons blue. it doesnt do this with other enemy ults though like sym’s barrier is yellow as it should be.

My guess is that they wanted to see if they got the colors right first, so they did a lot of stuff, but not all of it, and will finish it up when it goes live, so post it in the PTR bug forums and normal PTR forums
