My PTR just updated to version 1.32 but there are no new patch notes
Did they change something balance wise or was this just a big code change(like for example physics engine) that justifies a new version?
Patch notes are here. The current testing feature is the new skins for the eight expansion teams for Overwatch League. Expect hero balance updates and any other content updates in a secondary patch probably sometime this month.
