For whatever reason the PTR update is 14gb. Whatever, problem is every time I start updating, it goes to about 8-13 mb/s download speed which is good, then keeps going down to below 113 kb/s. Restarted router, restarted pc, internet all good on this pc and other devices. I can use Discord Voice chat just fine with no issues. I exited all programs in the background that use up speed like Chrome-Discord-Steam but the update keeps slowing down to a crawl. Maybe because servers getting hammered with large downloads, idk.
