So here we see why RQ is always doomed: Tanks get only buffs (besides DVa) while a lot of non-tanks lose health, making the situation last season even worse (i.e. if Winston jumps you your only option is to run and pray, though now it’s more like ‘accept fate’).
Because the ratios are more balanced now. Is the game more fun? Who cares, the ratios are balanced and queue times are down so now the addicts never stop playing.

It’s also nice for the Hanzo mirror match to be more decisive as well.
Having 250 dmg hs back also will also have the same effect but guess we nerfing hp instead.

I would accept that monkey paw if the “mobile” heroes actually got there hp nerfed so hanzo could 1-shot them.
Only 3 dps had there HP nerfed, Hanzo being one of them 
I like the Sombra compensation buffs in exchange for that health nerf.
LifeWeaver’s changes don’t seem like straight Buffs. Petal platform is still niche and the new buff is offset by health nerfs.
Dash is nerfed.
Blossom change is huge and awesome but I would have shaved 1-2 seconds off life grip so the changes aren’t a net nerf.
