Hi there, I’ve lost all my account details since switching to a new psn. I am logged in with the correct battle net account but I am now level 1 with no skins etc
Skins and levels do not transfer upon switching platforms. Only rewards and BlizzCon skins are transferable through your battle.net account.
Both accounts are playstation, it was just psn that changed
