PSN ID change and Overwatch account recovery help

Years and years ago I changed my PSN user ID. After I did that my overwatch 1 account’s career profile was totally refreshed and erased. ( Didn’t know that would happen)

Is there any way to retrieve my old career profile?

I’ve tried changing my PSN ID back to its original, but the ID isn’t available.
That old ID was unique, so I know it would be extremely unlikely someone else grabbed it.

Is there a way to fix this strictly through the overwatch account?
