If you’re like me and didn’t get to open a Twitch loot box, it’s because it automatically opened.
Here’s how to check what dropped: Go to ordinary loot box page, on lower right there’s Details. Then go to History.
My box was opened 5-21 so yours might be around the same time. Check which date yours opened.
Now google the type of cosmetic then the name. Ex. “Epic Excuse me cosmetic Overwatch 2”. You will see a hero wiki on your google search. Scroll down to find your specific cosmetic.
It’s a bit tedious but better than opening all heroes.

One of mine just vanished as I looked at it on the little counter on the menu screen.
I checked the dates and it accounts for 1 of 2 twitch and the 6 weeklies since then. Since the error was acknowledged on a pinned post I waited to see if they fixed it, but they haven’t.
I remember making a support ticket successfully in the past but it seems to be designed to run you in circles trying to categorise the ticket and never let you submit it to blizzard now.
EDIT: To be fair to blizzard the option is still there, I’m just blind. There’s a little text link to just contact them instead of picking a category.
It’ll be interesting to see what they say about it but I do feel a little foolish chasing after a loot box
