at first I thought you would say 300 credits, to which I would say is reasonable given how they look. LOL 300 owl tokens is a bad joke. What are bliz doing?

yikes actually thought I might have gotten these, but sadly it’s a token thing… I don’t even play tracer or genji but I was hyped for these…

I called it when they started the Mercy charity skin thing, I knew they were using it to test how receptive we were to paying directly for cosmetics.

It was the beginning of the end, and it presented itself under the guise of charity.

I told everyone it would be pay to get, they did not listen, it’s nearly impossible to save up for these skins because most people bought team skins for OWL, and watching streams wont be nearly enough.

Not to hate on Blizzard, but these skins are NOT worth $15, the Genji skin doesn’t even outclass Baihu, not even BLACKWATCH.

well, the community said they wanted the option to buy skins outright.

The All-Star weekend will most likely offer boosted drops (since it doesn’t last as long) to allow a way to earn these skins-- but have it where you can probably only earn one of the drops.

Exclusive garbage, if we got maybe 100 starter credits and earned maybe 10 per map win or something, maybe I’d consider watching their streams and saving up for the skins, barely anyone likes these skins, I hope these don’t even stay in the gallery if you didn’t buy them to ruin my 100% completion with genji.

I hope so, nobody at all can save 300 league tokens in 2 days without boosted drops.

I hope it’s 10 per map win with a chance at 150.

That’s a messed up way to present it too, of COURSE people will donate to the BCRF, and maybe they want the skin as a bonus, so they’d donate.

The away skins were enough of a presentation, the should have never brought charity into it.

The sad thing is you know a lot of people probably only donated for the skin, and I’m sure Blizzard knows that. Now it’s OWL tokens, next it will be a real money skin store, with separate skins from the loot box pool.
