I think you mean stop saying gg at the end of a qp ROUND 
I can think of a couple things pettier than this to care about, but only a couple.

The end of what you’re viewing as the “round” in QP is considered the end of the game.
We say “gr” if it’s the end of 1 round of a KotH map, or “gg” if there was a victory/defeat screen.

KotH games have rounds. The victory/defeat screen is the end of the game, comp or qp.
Stop saying “gg” when it wasn’t good. You’re just lying at that point.

Outside of Control maps, a round and a game are the same thing in Quick Play, and “good game” makes perfect sense at the end of a game.

Finally, the important issues are being addressed.
What if I’m being intentionally cheeky?
How about Blizzard removes chat with the enemy team so we never have to see any of those ever again? It’s only the winning side that says it.
If everyone stays the game will flip the teams like it does in comp. Just no one stays.
