I just noticed this on PSN!
Sniper Ana Bonus Pack

  • 5 Battle Pass Tier Skips

It’s free and available until 21/7/2025.

I already have the skin, but I always welcome tier skips so I can get my hands on legendary loot boxes faster :drooling_face: I’m not sure if tier skips bank for next season from these packs… I guess I’ll wait for the update to make sure I get them.

Thanks for the heads up. But you need the overpriced subscription to “buy” the pack. Yikes.

You can’t play online without ps+, so even if it was “freefree” it wouldn’t be much use to you.

You are right, but you can’t play Overwatch without ps+, so I consider it to be free personally.

I’m sure you can still play OW2 without the PS plus sub.

I thought all online games needed ps+. Just found a list of games that don’t need it.

Free games do not need any form of PS+.
(Which is also why so many people use multiple accounts to cheat with XIM, smurf and ruin the leaderboards. :person_shrugging:)

I just learned you can even party chat without ps+ too. I’ve always thought you need it for everything! Oh well, at least Robocop was super fun this month. And I do play Fallout 76.

You don’t need a subscription for F2P titles. I only play singleplayer games or, if it’s multiplayer, F2Ps. On console, that is. I haven’t had a sub in years, and I sure not buy one in the future. The exorbitant prices Sony and Xbox want are just… no thanks.

Packs like these are supposed to get you to purchase a overpriced sub. I wonder how effective that is.

So if you didn’t know that, now you do. Time to cancel that sub and save a good wad of cash.
