I think, i find a problem with the settings from the old Version Overwatch 1.
The game forced me to use Keyboard and Mouse on PS5, but the ps5 doenst support keyboard and mouse. In the Settings of Overwatch 2 is a point, where u can force the game to let me see the pc keyboard overlay and then i can’t use no controller on pc. On ps5 i cant switch that, because i cant go to the settings, because he forced me to use a keyboard.
can anyone help? can i reset my account settings for ps5 without ingame settings?

Might be the worst suggestion so far, but as ive not seen anyone mention doing this before I am just a bit curious.
Is it the same if you plug in your controller using usb into your PS5 then turning on the PS5 and lauch overwatch with the controller using wired mode?
Issues like this usually takes ruling out possibilities.
Also did u merge a PC account with ps5?
Tried using the controller with a cable on the console, but the problem persists.
Yes, I have connected my account from the Playstation to the PC. I haven’t played Overwatch 1 in a while though. I really think it’s the setting where you can show keyboard and mouse controls on the console, but the controller doesn’t work anymore in Overwatch 2 because it worked in Overwatch 1 when I was still playing.
