I’m on Overwatch ps4 and my voice-chat doesn’t seem to be working. When I join vc it shows that my mic is muted when it isn’t, I can’t unmute it and I also cannot hear my teammates. I’ve tried different headphones and this problem still occurs. If I use a PlayStation voice-chat party my headset works perfectly fine and I can hear everyone. My headset is not muted in any way physically or through PlayStation.
I’ve tried many things to fix this, restart the game, unplug ps4, reset voice settings to default and change the NAT type. If anything, my overwatch vc will work momentarily, and then everyone’s voices will start to become static and incomprehensible and the voice chat will stop working.
This happens every time I have played, it started after the latest patch.
