PS4 update 2.33 made me change region

Previous ticket concerning this case : Ticket number (US62611210) So here is my problem. It’s been a week and even more that my account has been switched from servers, every single game I play my servers are United-States East and it’s been 1 week that my servers switched from NAE to European servers and it is awful because people don’t talk I got the game in January I almost have 300 games played in ranked almost able to buy a golden weapon. But now because of that and consoles not allowed to switch regions I’m supposed to leave all that behind me , creating a new PS4 account cause my regions got switched from North America East to Europe. Also i’m signed by twitch my account is linked i’ve watch over 8 matches but in the game i still have no tokens.

There isn’t a lot Blizzard can do in this case, you will need to contact Sony and see why your region was changed.

Console regions depend on the PSN account region, clearly something has gone wrong with that so contacting Sony is your best bet.

As for OWL tokens, EU isn’t part of that promotion and as your account seems to be EU from what you’ve said that’s why you won’t get any tokens.

Here is the thing i play on European region only on overwatch since update 2.33 on every other competitive game i play i’m on NA east cause i live near usa. I created new accounts ONLY OVERWATCH change me from my original region even tho i created a account with USA region that’s just on blizzard side because Rainbow Six siege / Rocket League / Warframe alot of other competitive games i’m on NAE and i have 60-90 ping and not on Europe where i have 133-230 ping… Pissed.

I have the exact same problem. I live in the Caribbean, which, and I used to be on the NAE server. But they switched my server, and now I have a 190ms ping. The game is literally unplayable, unless I join somebody in the US. I’ve messaged both Sony AND Blizzard about that, but the both of them can’t give an explanation and a solution. It makes me hate the game, which is unfortunate.
