We actually have a stickied post explaining our limitations with the competitive penalty system here.
To paraphrase though, the Support Forums are not an avenue to appeal any competitive or gameplay suspensions. Furthermore, Customer Support doesn’t have access into the penalty or SR systems to make adjustments. Because of that, the only way for a competitive penalty to be removed is for its duration to expire. The most we can offer would be troubleshooting to avoid disconnections going forward.
