PS4 mic cannot be unmuted in Overwatch

I recently purchased overwatch on my PS4 but I am quite disappointed because my mic is forever muted and I cannot find a way to unmute it in the game. It works perfectly for every other application, just not Overwatch. If anyone else has had this issue please let me know how to fix it?

I tried two different mics: the normal headphone jack connection, and the one on the Arctis 7. Nothing works.

Check options in-game and click on SOUND tab, check the voice-chat devices part and see if changing it to the other option helps you?
