There is a bug on PS4 which makes any menu endlessly scroll. It happens in the main screen, any sub-menu from there and the hero select screen.
I’ve had this too for ages, I’m pretty sure it’s the controller though because my brother got a new controller and if i use that one i don’t have the issue
It’s a stick drift issue, but the real problem is Overwatch’s hypersentitive menus and smallest imaginable dead zones that cannot handle any amount of stick drift without going crazy.
