hi ive never made one of these before so hopefully im doing this right. i am on ps4 and if i try to watch my highlights after refreshing the app it crashes my game and i am met with the error code HF-504
my replays also disappear if i refresh the game as well. this has been happening since earlier this morning i believe, but my replays have been acting up since the patch yesterday. anyone else having this problem?
also, i tried to contact blizzard but they said they cannot help me because i am on console. their only suggestion was for me to hard wire, which i already am hard wired and have been for years. i have no issues in game with disconnecting or gameplay, and this only happens after i have refreshed the app.
i talked to a few other people who are also having the same issues on ps4. hopefully there is a fix soon, any help is greatly appreciated ):
Same thing is happening to me but on the Xbox. If I close the game then come back my replays disappear and every attempt at watching a highlight immediately kicks you from the server. Never used to happen before.
thank you so much for commenting on this! ive tried directly contacting blizzard multiple times about this issue, and they have disregarded it every time and are telling me to contact ps4 support because they dont believe it is on them, but ive had several people including all my friends come forward from pc, switch, and now xbox as well all having this same bug and error code so it couldnt be just on ps4!
hopefully blizzard will see this and figure out a fix asap because its so frustrating ):
as for a temporary fix, ive found if i play another game ( including joining a custom game ) my replays and highlights are accessible again until i close the app <3
Thanks for that. I thought it had just fixed itself but I had played a couple games already. It’s def not just limited to ps4
