My PS4 wireless headsets with USB dongle disconnect shortly after entering a match but works fine in menus or the hero gallery. I have tried with a wireless Corsair void elite headset and a turtle beach stealth 600 gen 2 wireless headset. Both of them have the issue of the audio cutting out shortly into the match. I’ve made sure they are charged and I’ve tried them with other games and there is no issue. Sadly I haven’t used them recently before the most recent patch (with the ashe event)
Recently I bought PS4 and in starting i also have these issues. I have tried many times but still faced these issues. Then I have tried with Astro A50 wireless and its gona work well.
