idk if anyone else is experiencing this but any help would be much appreciated. so ive been having this problem for a while and recently its made the game unplayable- im not sure if its the controller at this point because it works fine on other games but it will kind of… glitch? where while im moving my character or the camera itll just act like it disconnects for a second then regain control and repeat and ive tried resetting the controller and seeing if it happens on other games to no avail but like i said im not sure if its the controllers fault… im not sure how but i could maybe attach a video or something of it happening in game if it helps

Perhaps. Overwatch is hyper sensitive to controller issues and that is why it does not happen in other games. I had a similar problem, I think, that went away after I used a new controller. It has also happened to my sistah spice and my homie. All addressed with a newer controller.
I am hesitant to suggest you buy a new one because I am not entirely certain that we had the same issue. I would need to see the video.
i can always make a video for it- i could try a new controller but unfortunately the ones i have are broken/dont work so id have to wait probably a month or so to get a new one. what was the issue you had was it kinda similar? im not very good at descriptions so that was the best i could do
As far as I am aware. There was a notable and distinct drift, however. If you leave the character alone in spawn room after inputting a direction, do they slightly rotate? That was the telltale sign for us.
nah mine is more like its disconnecting… itll do it in bursts and theres no way for me to trigger it to happen but if i happen to be using a button or a movement while it happens it wont let me control what happens- so if im holding left to move itll keep going for about a half second or in worse cases a whole second if that makes sense

Yes, that is very strange. It sounds like heavy input delay. It might actually be an Internet issue, potentially. I am not sure.

I have the same issue. It didnt matter what controller I used, i tried all the ones i had and still the same issue. Its really annoying and makes the game unplayable. And it only happens on the ps4 not the ps5 or anything else.
