So this has been going to constantly for almost a couple months, at first i thought it was just cause the game patch but now im getting frustrated. the issue is not matter what character i use, when moving forward, and side to side the movement speed drops dramatically event though im trying to out of the way or even move to at all, my movement speed just stops and moves stops and move and in most cases i walk super slow. The second issue is i cannot even move back my character stops in position even though im pushing back on my analog stick. to that i am forced to jump back to move back, have to jump to move forward and stop the weird stopping or slow movement. its kind of ruining the game for me. i tried resetting my controller but that does not seem to be the issue. internet connection is great. can someone please help. i have contacted blizzard support from Game Master Dohemmius, however the methods did not work, so i tried sony themselves and nothing happened. my last hope if from tech/bug support
I have been having this problem for almost a month now, it’s super annoying and it can cause a lot of problems while playing
same here haha its upsetting, and it ruins the gameplay especially when it happens in comp or any gamemode at all
Is is only Overwatch you have the issue? I’ve had input lag issues before but was curious how it’s affecting your other PS4 games. Whenever I’ve had similar problems it affected all my PS games.
My connection is fine, the problem is that this is not a bug of lag nature, whenever I play other games they play just fine.
It’s important to remember that other games have servers located elsewhere. There might be a latency issue between your connection and Blizzard.
are you sure though, cause when i play other games this issue doesn’t happen at all only this game specifically.
Yes, I am sure this is how networking works. However, we would need some WinMTR test results from you to confirm that it is a connection problem.
