They gave the saitama skin to doomfist, a bad guy, so everything is off the table.

It should also disintegrate the Payload or Control point on Defence, so the attacking team cannot win.
THEY SHOULD’VE DOUBLED DOWN AND GIVEN THE ALL MIGHT SKIN TO RAMATTRA, HE LITERALLY HAS SKINNY AND BUFF FORMS!
