I am missing cosmetics from OW1 on my OW2 account and I have opened multiple support tickets about this issue.
NO I DON’T HAVE ANY OTHER UNLINKED ACCOUNTS
-NO I DID NOT MESS UP THE LINKING PROCESS
-NO IT IS NOT MY FAULT FOR THE FAULTY HALF BAKED OW1 TO OW2 MERGE
Where are my lost items??? I am sick of support blaming it on the player base instead of the greedy executives that constantly are dragging this company into the ground. ALL I WANT IS MY LEGO BASTION SKIN BACK HOW HARD IS THAT TO DO?
Like if you cant’ actually do your job and help me. Just tell me. Don’t lie and say some bs about blizzard this or blizzard that. Im so sick of it

This action has been taken in accordance with our Terms of Use and our In-game Policies ( Blizzard's In-Game Code of Conduct - Blizzard Support ), which all players acknowledge and agree to prior to playing. These policies and conditions allow us to maintain a fun and safe game environment for all of our players.
Many of the primary responses to tickets will be a template. You likely opened the wrong type of ticket, so it was sent to the department dealing with bans.
Even if I messaged the wrong department it is sad that they don’t even read the tickets. Just an automated reply that takes a week to do and to act like they care. It’s support shouldn’t they of told me to contact the right department or something? Everyone knows Blizzards enforcement system is majorly flawed and its saddening to know they ignore people trying to get their accounts back due to a bad system.
I can’t answer as to what they should be able to do, only what happened in this case. You should mention you may have other accounts in your ticket, as that is the usual reason skins aren’t appearing.
Any good / non scummy business that cares about their customers would reach back to you and direct you to the right place so they can fix their blunder regarding the items you bought from them. Alas, Blizz is not such a company.
So I take it Support or someone from Blizzard will just ignore my forum and act like they are the perfect company. For how bad Blizzard acts now I respect Tim Sweeney more and that is sad.
If they ignored my current ticket and showed they don’t even bother to read what is on the ticket. What is another one going to do? I wrote to the forums in hopes something could actually be done here but I guess Blizzard really doesn’t care about what makes them money.
Be nice if someone other than a Blizzard fanboy would help. I have seen your posts on other forums and you don’t help and don’t add any information people don’t already know.
