Progression Level

I just noticed that my progression level of 100+ just went down many levels.
Has anyone experienced this too and could maybe help me?

Known Issue with Progression Progress

Greetings, Heroes! Happy Season 18 launch day! We wanted to make you aware of a possible visual/content bug affecting our Progression 2.0 system that will be fixed in a later update. Some of you may see a much higher Player Level than you were expecting—as well as an incorrect Player Level Badge—when you hop into Season 18. So, i’ve been playing Overwatch for almost 10 yers and have many hours of gameplay. When the leveling system arrived, i thought the time spent with the characters wolds be converted, but that didn’t happen. However, i noticed in some matches that there are players with level 300, even level 500, and when i ask, they say they’ve been playing since OW1 and it was converted. If this is true, i need my account validated because all my characters remained at level 1 when the new system came into effect.
