I am reporting a significant error regarding my account’s Progression Level. After a recent update, my level has regressed/dropped incorrectly, and it does not reflect my actual gameplay history or earned XP since 2017.

Details of the Issue:
My account progression has failed to synchronize correctly across the legacy Overwatch 1 data and the current Overwatch 2 progression system. Despite having nearly 7,000 hours of active play and holding almost all veteran trophies since March 2017, the system is showing a level (1481) that is mathematically impossible for my playtime.
Based on my level of 1974 back in 2025 and my continuous activity, my correct progression level should be 3455.
