Progression level reset

I was 39 progression level and I played 1 game and got new level from quick play and after that my level is 2 so what happened?? Did i get like new divison or IS it just a bug

I was looking for some info. It just happened to me, I was level 36 or something like that, and now I’m level 3.

I was level 100 progression. Got to level 102 and after one quickplay game and it just reset to level 1.

Same it just happened to me i was on 35 now im at level 2 smh

Same. Mine was completely reset once and now I am stuck at progression lvl 2 and it won’t raise it anymore even though it says I was progression lvl 3, 4, and 5 after games. My hero progression is fine but overall being near 100 and dropped back sucks.
