I was progression level 18 and gone down to 1 again. My hero’s and game modes level are still the same just my all together level is gone. How did that happen and what can I do about it? 2023-08-10T22:00:00Z→2023-08-11T22:00:00Z I still don’t have my levels back until this day.
Same here, dropped back to level 1. Hoped it would get normal automatically somehow. But until now the levels are still gone.

Same here. I logged on briefly on switch earlier, and noticed my level was reset when I got back on pc. Have you done similar? Also anyone know if they have they acknowledged this issue yet?
same happened to me. I was around a level 11 or 12, logged off for a few hours, and logged back on to find my hero levels still intact- just my overall progress level reset. Hopefully they fix it

Same issue here, got to level 35 left for about an hour, logged back on my switch, back to level 1, all of my badge and hero progression is saved just not my overall account level saving, tried reopening the game multiple times, nothing worked. Hoping when levels are restored they are added to what levels we progress while we wait for the patch

Same problem here, anyone got any fixes?
i got reset from 30 and somthing to 2, all of the progression on the heros was saved but i started form level 2 overall again.

Same here, went from progression level 31 to level 1. All hero progression levels are fine though, it was just the general progression levels that were reset. I was hoping it was just a display issue and that it would go back to normal but as of right now (about 12 hours later) it is still not fixed, even after restarting the game several times.
Same here. Overall progression lvl dropped from 15 to 1.
I have the same problem. hero progression is still there but the overall player progression reset for me.
Yup, a few of us noted this in an earlier thread i.e. progression level being reset. Lost 28 levels, not sure if this will happen again…
Thought I’d bump this, same happened here. Would be nice if this was fixed asap
Same thing has happened to me, was level 30 something and now it’s reset but all my character levels have stayed the same
So fun thing, it keeps happening, again and again, over and over. Not sure if this is the third or fourth reset, but I’m down to nothing. Again. The hell is this bug.
Same here I went from level 25 to 0 overnight. I’d hope that it was a bug that would get fixed by next time but after 2 days it’s just keep going up as if the prior 25 level never existed
It’s worth noting that the reputation level seems to go down the drain with the reset sometimes too, making it infinitely worse
Same! I was 40 something and it dropped to 4? I thought it was a weird bug that was cutting off the number but my friend checked my progression profile and it said 4 to him as well 
now it’s 8.
i got the bug too
was level 35 and got reset to 1 ,but kept all my hero progression
happened to me as well, i hit progression level 24 and it sent me back
