I’m on Xbox. My in game progress seems to be decreasing over time, making it so I still cannot access competitive play. My progress with certain heroes is all wrong. I’ve played for years yet somehow I only have 4 hours played? My accounts merged (like I was told to do) and since then this has been a mess.
