Hello, I was playing the game until I went to check my career profile and found my progress level reset before it was 20+ (can’t remember exactly) but now it’s at level 3 which is not possible as I already have characters at level 10, which would not be possible to progress at level 3 with characters at levels 10, 8 and 7

i was in level ( 22 ) and suddenly i opened my profile to see my level was (2) !!!
