Any .bmp file-type screenshot saves will not display the image properly.
Instead, it simply shows the background of the menu as if it weren’t visible at all.

I have done some minor testing and I believe what causes this is when you set your “Screenshot” setting in the “Options” to be anything other than 1x Resolution, it changes the way the client saves the file and changes it from .jpg to .bmp.
I can confirm that this works whilst also viewing other player profiles. I am on a Windows 10 Pro machine with an AMD cpu. Nvidia 1070 TI GPU.
