I dont understand, so you are telling me enemy teams have good comps while your team dont?

Keep in mind that you are main constant in your games. Enemy team has actualy bigger chance to get leaver or troll because they have 6 random players who can be leaver for example while you only 6. Dont over do it with flexing.

You could see that i pretty much play what i want and i switch only when i know it will greatly help team. I mean its ctitical to have main tank for example.

I would suggest to you going into games already decided what you would like to play. And switch only when team would lose with what you have. Play your mains, ypur best heroes, flex only if you feel like you dont do your job or its critical change. Dont try to be good guy for others. Its not worth it.

It woukd help to see your games btw, can you record ? So i can give you better tips.
