I am contacting you regarding an issue that occurred after the latest update (Season 2), which completely erased my custom settings.

This situation affects me significantly, as I have reduced mobility in my hands and rely on specific settings to be able to play properly. Unfortunately, all of my configurations for every hero have been lost, including sensitivities, key bindings, and crosshair settings.
Reconfiguring everything from scratch is extremely difficult for me, both physically and in terms of time, and it has negatively impacted my experience in one of my favorite games.
For this reason, I would like to request, if possible, the restoration of a backup of my settings to a date prior to the update, or any alternative solution that would allow me to recover my personalized configurations.
