I saw in the store that buying all levels of Ana Mythic the Midnight Sun weapon costs 50 prisms and bought it right away. But no effects appeared, although it was written that all levels were unlocked. After re-entering the game, I only had 1 level of the weapon left. Technical support did not help me, but only advised me to write about it on the forum. So I did it.
