I’m experiencing an issue with the “Centenary” trophy in Overwatch 2 on my PlayStation account. The trophy unlocked correctly on the PS5 version of the game, but it remains locked on the PS4 version, even though I’m using the same console and linked Blizzard account. In-game, I can use the “Centenary” spray, which is awarded for the 100 wins, so the achievement has been recognized within the game.
I first contacted Blizzard Support to seek a solution. They informed me that there are no issues with my account that would prevent the trophies from syncing with my PSN, and they suggested I reach out to PlayStation Support.
After speaking with PlayStation Support, they advised that Blizzard would need to either transfer the trophy data to the PlayStation Network (PSN) or find a way to filter the in-game information so that I can resynchronize the trophies on my PlayStation account.
After that i’ve contacted the Blizzard Support again which said i should create an Post in the Forum about this (i have no idea why but here weeee areeee)
I’m hoping someone here has encountered a similar issue or knows of a solution to get the trophy unlocked on the PS4 version as well.
