Problem to unlock heros

Hello,

I have a problem on overwatch 2, it’s not possible for me to unlock some heros on the game (Écho, Ashe, Baptiste, Doomfist and more).

When i go on challenge for unlock heros it’s writting that there is none.

So i hope that you can fix that.

I am having the same problem. I was about to play with some of my Rank buddies but the person we always played was locked so we got mad and left
