When I win competitive matches, my rank goes up very slowly, and the same happens when I lose. Even if I win many games in a row, my competitive progress never increases or decreases by more than 10%. I know it’s not due to having good or bad stats in a match, because in both cases, the progress changes by the same amount. You can see an example in the next image.
