Private profile is HORRIBLE

Private profile is the worst change that blizzard have done, even xqc , pine etc famous Overwatch gamer also think that it’s a bad change . Nowadays even a mercy one trick who pick dps also no one knows, few days ago there was a guy on my team who pick genji , then he play like [edited], he didn’t even on fire ONE SECOND the entire game, at last we lost, then he received my friend request and I figured out he is a mercy Lucio hog main player :slight_smile: . And because of the private profile, we can’t check the people is they hacking or being boosted or not , As pine says, it’s a HORRIBLE CHANGE

and now he/she are trying to add some other heroes to their hero pool. He can now do this peacefully without getting harassed and forced into the same 3 heroes.
Theres the LFG tool if your so demanding on roles… use it

I couldn’t care less what “pros” think since their whining tends to cause unhealthy changes for the game

The majority of players I’ve come across in-game have had private profiles and I hope it stays that way just to spite the people who hate it

Public profiles were being used as a weapon of toxicity against people, this is a big reason why private profiles were implemented.

I have tried to like XQC, but every time I have checked out his stream he has been calling some teammate trash, garbage, or some other insulting toxicity. No surprise he doesn’t like private profiles.

Xqc always tries to blame others for his fails. Having profiles allowed him to do that.

It’s no wonder he doesn’t like private profiles.

Lol how bout pine ? Is he toxic ? :slightly_smiling_face: Both things not even relevant , profile file is causing a huge problem of boosting and hacking , and now we can’t even CHECK THEIR CAREER’s DATA to ensure

It’s completely relevant. It was added so that toxic players had one less weapon to abuse teammates, it’s no surprise that toxic players aren’t happy about it.

Whatever is possible now was possible before. If anything it is reducing false reporting, which is good for everyone.

Game is designed so people can play heroes they want to play.

Not that they are forced to play by peer pressure.
This is a fantastic change.

People complaining about not being able to flex and that’s what private profiles are doing as well. Allowing other players to play other heroes in different categories now no matter if they are good or not. All I see mostly are Damage mains complaining about it. Use LFG if you want to solo Damage all of the time now.

yeah dude let’s enable people throwing on characters that they can’t play at their season high with a private profile, seems like a nice idea.

Honestly man, seeing the hostility from your post just makes it so much more obvious why profiles are set to private by default now. No one should have to deal with your attitude.

But there are plenty of people who share your attitude and LFG is your friend. So, you know, it’s not really an issue.
