does anyone know what the threshold is for the refund? ive had a few passes refunded last couple days, and from what ive noticed, its usually over 10min (dps que with priority pass)
does anyone actually know what the threshold is?

i wonder the same thing some times… i’ll see a priority queue for 1 minutes dps, pounce on it and i’m waiting at least 5-6 for a game
I’ve had it refunded it as well. Mostly you get it refunded if the Q lasted longer than it said it would before you used the pass.
Like for example it said “less than 2 mins” when using a pass so you used it and it lasted longer it got refunded.
I might be wrong tho, but it is what I noticed. Will test it some more. (I do not play DPS and I barely use the passes)
ive had the que say <2min and then it go to 7min and no refund, which is why i posted the question, i cant seem to find a logical explanation for when refunds occur vs not occurring
at first i thought it was double the estimated que time, but it doesnt seem to be the case, at least from what ive noticed
The ticket is refunded if the time runs longer than what the que time says it would have been without it, since the ticket did nothing.
That is strange indeed.
Did you try to ask in the technical aspect of the forum?
I always got it refunded if the Q time was longer than it said it would be or also if the match got cancelled due to someone leaving in the first 2 mins, so the match ended up being nullified.
The case that you presented here, it honestly should have gotten refunded.
Sorry if I did not manage to provide you with any useful advice to your case, but I honestly never had it happen to me like that.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge manages to help and if not please post it in the Technical section. Am really interested in why your passes did get refunded.
