It is shown to everyone, I think they forgot to cut out the white background.

I thought this is just a placeholder for pre-release. I also think it would be better on the right side of the box. I don’t want to offend anyone, but I’m not really used to this kind of thing from Blizzard.
There are also better indicators for a priority queue than an arrow.
New players, certainly do not know the meaning of this.
It would have been better not to implement the visualization at all.
