I didnt think I needed to make a post about this, but if I backfill into a game (I do not care if the game literally says “defeat” or theres literally 5 seconds left in the game) why am I being put into more backfill lobbies?
I have a “priority pass” queue thing. That should put me into a queue for a game that literally is just about to begin… the last couple of a days I have been getting backfills, then the next game is another backfill, then another, so priority queue does not work. It worked well in this game called Overwatch that I was playing between 2019- Oct 3rd 2022

They should put a temporary ban on people who leave game more then 2 times every 30 minutes. They have to wait 5 min if they disobey this rule. It would help the game dramatically! No one wants to sit in a losing game and just ruin there KDR. It’s Frustrating!

Why not suspend quitters (they obviously are not ready to play). Imagine these people are like “I don’t like this composition, so I will leave” 5 minutes into the game. Nope, I don’t like this one either- *leaves. Eh… I don’t like this map *Gone. Just ruining one game after the other :-/ So many broken games- I am always joining

Because the dev’s don’t consider things that cause anger. They have no system that goes: This person has done a Back fill. Put them in a normal game next. Just like how there’s no check for doing a defend payload. And than it makes you go into a attack payload. You can get 17 defends before you get one (non back fill) attack payload. I got 8 back fills in a row before. And than I never did back fill again.
So they cause their own problems. Just like how they AGAIN removed payload maps from rotation. And didn’t do a more reasonable: one KOTH, one Payload. So now out of protest. I leave all KOTH. Till they stop doing this.

I’d rather people backfill a game each time they quit. They cause the backfilling, they can solve the backfilling.

Are you staying in the game when you backfill? You don’t get priority requeue unless you stay through and reach the exp screen in my experience. I’ve seen people backfill and leave immediately and not get priority for some reason. (Even though you should get it as soon as victory/defeat is called)
yes, because ive said and my post is me complaining about backfilling and then backfilling again, then backfilling again, instead of being put into a full game.
