Anyone actually able to use their priority passes?
I am actualy not liking how it works. I dont want to pick multiple roles. Why it cant give me passes if I just play only tank? I like to play one role and focus it. Not play all 3 at the same time.

I donāt get it. You need 40 tickets as flex for one pass?
Iām only getting support. Which I was trying to take a break from. Might as well wait the 10 minutes.
doubt iāll ever use mine, i generally get a game within a couple of mins healer or tank, i dont generally like to play dps in comp because i am crap at it

I donāt know if this is what you mean, but in OW it says āonly roles experiencing high traffic will be eligibleā, which by the looks of it is when the bar that shows queue times is grey not green.
If you only want to play tank you donāt need priority pass. Playing tank has a <1 min queue.

My point was that I was hoping to play tank to get priority pass for dps. Because i like to play one role for certain amount of time. I want to focus climbing with tank, then dos for example. Not pick all 3 and not know which one i will play.

Exactly this. I donāt mind for quick play, but with ranked I donāt want to queue up not knowing which role Iāll get. I usually play more tank and support anyway due to the queue times. Now I have no passes for ranked but the dps queue is actually longer, unless you have a pass for it.

Yes but when the queue time is short (under 5 mins it seems like) then it wonāt ask you to use one.
I am also unsure of how it works. I only get it when Q-ing for QP, the option for flex Q.
Do you guys get it with Comp too? I did not see it next to Comp.
Sounds like the system wasnāt designed for you then
Itās designed for people willing to flex, which benefits queue times for everyone

Boy Zax let me tell you a story called pre-roleq xD
I usualy try to focus one role and trying to climb with it and flex in the role if I have to . If I would pick all 3 roles, I have to be prepared to not play 1-3 heroes, but 3-9. And you probably know that playing too many heroes inst exactly great for your performance with them. I usualy need time to get to shape with the hero I will play. Switching in one role is completely fine but changing roles and play styles is not exactly great for me as I have to practice more heroes before i can be good with them.
I didnt try it yet, maybe it will be not that bad, i have to test it.
I was always flex players before role q. But i am used to role q now. I play all roles pretty much equaly just not at the same time anymore if you understand me. For example new i am focused on climbing with mercy. I can invest many hours into that. After i climb, i will focus different role. So I was hoping to use new feature to gain some priority pass tickets but it works differently than I though.
Oh I see, thats whats breaking role q right now. Open q still the best, no frying doubt.

Same, i dont undestand how we could play it so long when i tried it again, the open q lol.
New priority pass is not bad, but i feel like its usable more for casual players than to players who want to climb. Because playing multiple roles and heroes will have impact on your game play, simply making you mediocre with them unless you one trick 3 heroes or something.
I donāt see an option to use them for queueing comp, dps role is grey not green, and Iām at 40/40
guess it depends on the region tanks are currently 8 mins plus here.
I had a 19 min DPS queue and it didnāt had the option to use the pass
I guess they werenāt useable at first or something but Iāve been able to use them every time (as long as the bar below was grey, not green) today. Sometimes the option wouldnāt show up, but backing out of role queue then going back in would let it show up, possibly a UI bug
