How is there still not a prime matchmaking of some sort?
Smurfs are ruining the whole lower elo (gold-diamond atleast).
It wouldn’t be so hard to add some kind of prime like account verification by phone number or after some level etc.
Sure higher rank players aren’t affected that much since they’re the ones doing it and demolishing lower rank players and ruining the whole game.
Just try and have fun getting demolished every second game. Sometimes even more often.
There’s bout to be someone commenting l2p etc but how am i supposed to learn to play when getting destroyed by higher elo players all the time? Hope this game either get prime mm or dies.

prime doesn’t work in cs:go and only gives shady people more money.
there are services in which you can get your account prime status for 2$
Prime doesn’t work in csgo because it’s trying to make cheaters less likely to get there but you get prime by just buying the game and VAC is a joke.
In ow cheaters are pretty non-existent. Instead if you would make the prime for example level 200 and above or with a phone number i think it would actually work in making the matchmaking more smurf free.
I would like to mention that diamond is the level in the game where you should no longer be complaining about smurfs since those players should be capable of playing with brain cells.
Premium matchmaking won’t stop smurfs, but a phone # requires to play competitive will limit the number of smurfs by a decent margin.
It won’t completely stop smurfs but the phone number would get rid of most of them. That’s what im after with this post.
As long as it isn’t like prime then okay. This comes from a GE and I was able to walkbot 15 accounts at a time and farm prime in less than a week with phone numbers like $.10 each, the only thing was this was COMPLETELY automated, and put a lot of accounts in the market for cheap since they can be mass produced.
Prime may be the wrong word to use for this but i think you got the idea. Authenticating yourself with something so alt accounts don’t exist as easily.
I assume you’re talking about Global Elite and yeah, not a lot of things work is csgo.
It just seems like Blizzard would be capable of making such thing work.
Hopefully, even something like only X accounts in matchmaking per IP could work
