Can’t see ability icons, ult icon, etc. I sometimes press something, and I don’t know what I press. So I just have to smash everything on my keyboard to find out what it is to get it back. What is the button that hides everything?
To toggle UI is ALT+Z this hides all icons and ultimate counter
This opens some nvidia overlay for me.
Go into controls and then scroll to the very bottom. There should be a toggle UI option you can rebind it to fix that

I currently don’t have this problem right now, it’s just that I want to be safe for when it does happen.
Well i changed it to another key like u suggested, and pressed that key, and it didn’t hide anything.
Only option I know can do this is the toggle UI
I can try to explain it better. Well every icon dissapears. Like the crosshair is gone, hero icon gone, ability icons gone, ult charge icon gone. Im so confused lol.
Based on your description, SwaggySheep is correct. It sounds exactly like you hit alt+z.

Not sure. You mentioned above you used that for nvidia overlay. Maybe nvidia overlay normally hooks this key combo and doesnt forward it to the game, but then maybe it bugged out one time and didnt handle it properly and it got forwarded to the game?
Yeah that might be it as well. But I changed the key bind to just right alt, and it still doesnt change anything when i press it.
