When I open up a custom game, some of my presets (that I spent a lot of time on) are greyed out and unusable.
It’s probably cause they had settings for the old symmetra. And the new symmetra has different settings causing your presets to be corrupt.
I have the same issue. A friend and I have put a considerable amount of time into balancing a boss mode preset (he’s probably put in close to 100 hours of testing and balancing over the course of over a year), and now its completely unplayable. You can’t even see what the game settings were in the event that you want to go duplicate the settings in a new preset (which itself would take a long time).
Would REALLY appreciate if Blizzard took a look.
Yeah, same here, I have a game mode that I’ve spent so long balancing and perfecting and now I can’t use it or even at least copy part of it, I’d love it if blizzard took a little time and payed more attention to the custom games section. Really hoping it’s fixed in the next patch
