This happened to me too. Went from 1929 to -70. I want my credits back. Please give them back. I went to purchase the bp then alt tabbed out of ow, then alt tabbed back in. It was stuck in processing for a while then stopped. I looked up and noticed the -70 credits.

Edit: Restarted game and it gave them back.

Same here, went from 1521 to -771. I thought they had resolved this issue already

Same, it took 2000 from me. :frowning:

ETA: I restarted the game and my missinf credit reappeared.

I had a little bit of a difference went from ~1100 to -349

for me it is the same but with the 2200 point battle pass it took the double of the original cost now i have -1751points

same here, I bought premium pass without levels for 1k, I had 2k. Now I have 30 coins only

Same, had 1600, bought 1000 so i could get the premium +20 tiers and now have -1590

This happened to me as well. I had 2009 Overwatch Coins and then after purchasing the 1000 coin battlepass, I was left with 10 coins. I can confirm that my actual amount of coins should be 1009 by logging into the Blizzard website and viewing my Virtual Wallet > Overwatch 2 Transaction History by tallying the gains and purchases.

same as well, i went from 2400 credits bought premium pass to -1750, i logged on again and the credits i shouldve recieved from the battle pass i got none and now i have only 200

restarted the game and my coins back, however, I did not received the coins from the pass

I am somewhat confused by the battlepass coins myself. The icon is the gold Overwatch coins icon, but it states the reward as “Credits” which is the label for the currency from OW1 when you look at your balances from the Heroes gallery.

Happened to me and my friends today as well. It’s like the game thinks you’re buying the pass + tiers at first. Weird. Relogging seems to fix the issue.

I didn’t buy the battlepass but the game wont give me the free credits idk if this is a bug as well but its quite discouraging was the one of the main reasons why i was excited for season 3
