Even “rework” can mean “nerf” at this point, too. I mean, look at what they did to Sym years ago, and Pharah recently, lol. Yikes. Pharah was already struggling, and they got rid of her only niche, lol. Insanity.

Can you even powershift Moira? She pretty much has to do damage in order to heal.

They’ll probably shorten her range to 15 meters from 20. As she can charge her heals with a damage orb as well these days.

This is a good deal of changes Blizzard has always done. They often times nerf a section of a kit that is problematic, then compensate buff another portion of it.
You aren’t honestly saying Pharah is bad now? Staying in the skybox was never how you saw consistent success with the character, she is far better now.
