It seems like Power Matrix has some sort of activation delay, which makes it so you can activate Power Block and get it cancelled immediately by, for example, Ana Sleep dart
yep, happened a couple times. Ability will go on cooldown and everything, but you’ll still get hit by it.
Basically punishing you for actually timing it right like a parry lol
