POTG/Highlights broken?

I’m on Reinhardt, Sigma has me up the air ala his ult, I get a firestrike kill from up there, hit the ground, get three more kills with my hammer. Mercy gets POTG for a rez and healing. I don’t even get a highlight of that moment.

I kill three with my Junkrat tire + a mine kill, Mei gets POTG for a single far away kill and using her wall. My highlight from that game ends up being from the previous round where I killed one with my tire.

My teams Gengi is nailing people left and right. Widow gets POTG for one headshot, literally half of the highlight was just looking through her scope.

Highlights are becoming more sparce.

Is it just me or is POTG/Highlights system broke?

Edit: It’s okay, I don’t need the validation, but the system sure does seem off.

Good eye on the details! Yup, its broken at moment. Very inconsistent.

I had a game last night where a reaper got a 4 piece in a blossom, but potg ended up being NO JOKE a Widow, mine trip tick dmg on screen, and a missed body shot with an dmg assist.

The devs have acknowledged the issue and it’ll be fixed for this week
