My POTG as Winston in Hanamura Quick Play did not appear in my Highlights. It was less than 24 hours ago and I’d appreciate it if it could be retrieved??

I’m having this same issue, both of the POTG I’ve gotten as Soldier 76 did not appear in Highlights.
Yeah it’s annoying. I started deleting my highlight videos after several games just to be on the safe side. I lost a really nice POTG of me tickling Moira, Genji and Hanzo to death with the Tesla cannon 
If highlights are full, occassionally new POTGs do not replace the older ones.
It’s not just annoying, they were the first two POTGs I got as 76(I’m a Reinhardt main by nature and was trying a new character), so that means something to me. And now I don’t have them at all. and It keeps bugging me, and I feel I have trouble focusing because I keep worrying about this issue. (Admittedly that last part is a ME issue that I have to solve on my own.)
Yeah I’ve got the same problem since about 4 days. Tried clearing the cache of Battlenet, scan and repair for overwatch, reinstalling the game and even reinstalling Battlenet. Nothing works. Does anyone have a solution?

Was your highlights area full? Sometimes a POTG won’t show up if it’s not as good (according to the game) as what you already have there. If you really want to make sure it’s saved, make sure to press F9! (I always forget.)
